Putting bulletproof windows to the test

We at Roman Blinds Direct are currently embarking on a very exciting yet top secret project.

Crash Zone are a team of Russian weapon testers, who have made videos testing everything from Lucky Cats punching nodding cats, to tasers, and last week posted a video of them putting a rocket launcher to the test against layers of bulletproof glass, with an unfortunate crash dummy placed behind it.

The results were not exactly a great revelation: the poor dummy was destroyed, as were the majority of the glass panes in a fireball of explosions. Even when a second pane of bulletproof glass was added, the RPG-7 anti-armor rocket grenade launcher burned a hole clean through both the first and second pane.

Russian television presenter Aleksandr Kotlovoy conducted over the experiment. The video was uploaded last week, and has already had nearly 3 million views. Apparently, there are a lot of people out there interested in wanton destruction. (Although we really hope that they just love looking at windows!)

Now, you are probably wondering what we at Roman Blinds Direct have planned that could possibly be related to this video… well, we aren’t going to give it away just yet, but rest assured, it is going to be a blast!
