Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us and we will refund you the full amount you paid for the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs.

This guarantee does not include made to measure items.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and items must be unused and in their original packaging.

When we have received your returned items and checked them a refund will be authorised to you.

Please note:

Returned items should be posted back to us or sent by carrier.

If you want us to arrange the collection and use our carriers there will be a charge of £19.99 per parcel (this is non-negotiable as this is the amount we are charged by the carriers).


Returns Procedure

  • Please contact us first to inform us of your intention to return any items. Please have your order number ready.
  • Please write your order number clearly on the package you are returning.
  • Please return in suitable packaging to avoid damage
