You may have an idea regarding what products you are looking for. If so we have provided a navigational links and menus throughout the site to enable you to easily browse our products.
Samples
We provide a Free sample service which allows you to request up to 8 samples. We highly recommend you order samples to ensure that the fabric is to your requirements before ordering the products. See Free Samples
Adding your items to the cart
We have created a simple to use website that will take you through each step of selecting your ideal product. You will be shown the price for the product and the price against each option. This price is the total price you will pay for the item. You can see the options you have selected throughout the process of choosing your product.
Once you are happy you have selected your item and are happy with it simply add the item to your shopping cart.
Lead Time
We try to specify an accurate lead time. Due to the fact most of our products are made to measure this can on some occasions not be guaranteed. In many cases we can despatch the items before the specified despatch date, unfortunately in some cased there may be delays in the manufacturing process or the fabric may be delayed which could delay the despatch date.
Ordering your items
Once you have added all your items to the cart you will need to proceed through the checkout process. You will be required to register with some personal information such as address etc. We will also need a valid email address as this is used to keep you informed about the progress and status or your order.
You will then be passed through to the payment page which gives you the payment options available these include:
- Credit or Debit Card
- Paypal
- Cheque
If paying by credit card you will need to enter your card details.Your card details are not stored on our database and are only used during the authorisation by your bank. This website is full secured using 128bit encryption to ensure your details are kept private.
Once the transaction is completed you will be shown a confirmation page showing details of the order, at this point an email will also be sent to the email address entered during the registration process.
Receiving your items
You will be notified by email when your items have been despatched from our premises. This email will have a tracking code for the courier which enables you to see details of the delivery.
Once your items have arrived we ask that you carefully check all the items and notify us immediately if there is a problem. Please see our Returns Policy for more detailed information.
